Dentro del área de **SAP SuccessFactors / HCM** hemos desarrollado proyectos con importantes clientes internacionales. Siendo Gold Partners nuestros equipos continúan creciendo y actualmente buscamos incorporar un **Service Delivery Manager.**

**Tu Rol**:

- Como **Service Delivery Manager **gestiona las peticiones de soporte y mantenimiento de nuestra área de SAP SuccessFactors/HCM, como figura responsable serás el nexo con nuestros clientes más destacados cuidando cada detalle del servicio.
- ** Gestión de los níveles de servicio, monitorización de la calidad de este, así como del seguimiento de los objetivos establecidos en los Acuerdos de Nível de Servicio (ANS)**.
- Recepción y control y de todas las incidencias, y reparto a quien corresponda.
- Reportes mensuales a clientes.
- Seguimiento de servicio a nuestros clientes, asistencia a comités.

**Tu perfil**:

- Estudios superiores finalizados (Ingeniería, grado o similar).
- ** Conocimientos generales de los procesos funcionales de RRHH.**:

- Experiência en **proyectos de implantación de SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP HCM.**:

- Conocimiento de los módulos de SuccessFactors es un plus.
- Experiência con metodología Agile.
- Persona con capacidad de gestión, organizada, resolutiva y con buena comunicación.
- **Nível alto de inglés.**

Tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades en seguridad dentro de la compañía:

- Acceso a la información confidencial relativa al cliente del que es responsable.
- Solicitud de medidas / usuarios.
- Observancia del cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y las políticas internas
