We offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing through our programme of activities that include yoga, life makeover workshops, meditation, rebounding and more, combined with tasty nutritious plant-based food and juices.

We are seeking a self-motivated, suitably experienced and well-organized receptionist to join our small and growing specialist front office team. In this position, you will be responsible for responding to guest enquiries, managing bookings, welcoming guests to the retreat, booking and managing treatments and transfers, keeping accurate guest accounting on PMS records, check in

Receptionist Requirements:

- Hard worker who is willing to go the extra mile to meet guest and business needs
- Inspired to keep things in order and keep the highest of standards of work
- Team player who has excellent open written and oral communication skills, with work colleagues and retreat guests.
- Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple demands during busy periods
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to follow well established systems and processes to ensure efficiency across the business and entire reservations team
- Superb attention to detail with communication and record keeping
- Ability to prioritise efficiently and effectively, including responding to enquiries and bookings in a timely manner
- Ability to concentrate on the task at hand, without being easily distracted
- Ambition to develop management and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
- Understands the requirements of working to the highest standards as part of a busy team

Previous experience/knowledge required:

- 1+ years previous reception experience in a hotel or retreat
- Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems is required.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish and English
- Fluent in English
- Preferable to have university degree/further education qualifications
