Its track-record to date includes more than 304 miles of tunnels, 11,930 miles of roads (including 2,485 miles of highways), 2920 miles of railroad lines (including 434 miles of high-speed railroads) and 16,994 miles of road maintenance and repair.Job Description:Funciones:1) Capacidad y conocimientos para redactar diseños de instalaciones de aire acondicionado, fontanería y saneamiento y protección contra incendios (PCI) de proyectos singulares y complejos dentro del sector de la edificación.2) Redacción de informes técnicos de proyectos en fase de licitación y adjudicados a Ferrovial Construcción.3) Capacidad de liderazgo para coordinar ingenierías y recursos externos a la organización.4) Desplazamiento en comisión de servicio a proyectos internacionales de Ferrovial Construcción.Requisitos:Master en Ingeniería Industrial o equivalente (Ingeniero Superior Industrial).Se valorará conocimientos del diseño de instalaciones eléctricas y de gestión. centralizada.Manejo experto de programas de cálculo avanzado de instalaciones (HAP, Cype, HULC, Design Builder,..); programas de diseño BIM (Revit MEP, Naviswork,...).Buena capacidad de comunicación, liderazgo y habilidades sociales (empatía, serenidad, positividad...).Persona ordenada, proactiva, seria y responsable.Necesario: inglés avanzado, tanto a nível hablado, lectura y escritura.Buen manejo de las herramientas ofimáticas (word, excel, ppt,...).8-10 años de experiência como mínimo.#ferrovialconstruction #Spain #algoderesponsabilidad
