**ROLE SUMMARY**:
- King’s College School La Moraleja, a leading British international school located in Madrid’s most exclusive residential neighbourhood, is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated **Primary Teacher** to join our expanding team from **August/September 2025**.- This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and creative professional to contribute to a high-performing, inclusive, and forward-thinking school community. Our primary school serves children from Pre-Nursery through to Year 6, offering an exceptional British education in a bilingual and multicultural setting.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Deliver high-quality teaching across the Primary phase, fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.-
Plan and implement engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum.-
Contribute to the academic and pastoral development of all pupils in your care.-
Collaborate closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school curriculum and initiatives.-
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents, maintaining strong partnerships in support of student progress.-
Participate actively in staff development and whole-school life, including extra-curricular programmes and school events.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with QTS.-
Relevant teaching experience within a British curriculum school, ideally in Key Stage 1 and/or 2.-
A commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, with high expectations for all pupils.-
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with students, staff, and families.-
A reflective, growth-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to professional development.-
