We are looking for a leader, NOT just a tour guide.

**BASIC REQUIREMENT**
- **Language**: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- **Driving**: Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in guiding or public speaking.
- **Employment Status**: Self-employed.
- **Residence**: Must reside in Barcelona.
- **Audience Engagement**: Ability to connect with and captivate diverse audiences, including different age groups and backgrounds.

- Empathy, punctuality, organization, and alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Ability to effectively use a Channel Manager.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, open-minded personality.
- Motivated, passionate, and skilled at building strong relationships with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly identify problems and develop practical solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze information, offering sound recommendations.
