**Then come in and join our team as** **Cybersecurity Pentest Service Lead**

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking to advance their career through helping protect a key player of the MedTech market. As a Cybersecurity Pentest Service Lead, you will participate in the development of Penetration Testing service to ensure it remains aligned with Cybersecurity priorities while shows to the Business the value of conducting ethical hacking activities to identify and fix vulnerabilities before being abused by malicious actors. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the service as well as coordinate the pentest activities within Siemens Healthineers.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate on the definition and implementation of the pentest strategy
- End to end coordination of the penetration activities of the company, including engaging relevant stakeholders from IT organization, Business and pentest team
- Support on the immediate escalation of critical findings whenever applicable
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the pentest team to provide Business oriented results from the ethical hacking activities
- Review pentest reports to ensure quality of deliverables
- Manage and prioritize the pentest backlog to ensure an efficient usage of resources while meeting Management and Business expectations
- Support on the consolidation of results for regular reporting of the pentest service to Management
- Contribute on the definition and coordination of Red Team missions
**Qualifications**
Experience on executing and leading offensive cybersecurity activities (penetration testing, ethical hacking, red teaming)
- On-hands experience on the most common pentesting tools and toolsets, such as Nessus, Burp, Metasploit, Mimikatz, Nmap, Kali, etc.
- Knowledge on offensive security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
- Experience on conducting management presentations, translating from technical risks into Business ones

Additionally
- STEM studies are highly desirable but might be traded-off for relevant experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Offensive Cybersecurity of mid-size to large high-tech or healthcare organizations
- Working in geographically distributed teams is highly valuable
- Experience in Agile is valuable
- Relevant Industry Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, CISSP or equivalent
- Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Expected willingness to travel whenever required

- Able to build long-lasting working relationships across different business areas and IT departments and foster technical collaboration and exchange
- Able to work on a very tight schedule, while keeping track of tasks progress and deadlines
- Team player but also able to work on an individual basis
- Self-learning and curiosity to keep pace with the ever-evolving cybersecurity developments are highly appreciated
- Advanced English and Communication skills: clear and concise communication; able to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise
- German language is a plus
