As a **Civil & Structural Project Engineer**, you will oversee the design, development, and execution of civil and structural works for utility-scale PV plants, BESS yards, and substations, ensuring compliance with regulations, client needs, and industry standards. You will be part of a dynamic team of 11 engineers working across Sevilla, Madrid, and Porto.
- Manage the entire civil & structural design process, from concept to construction, including permitting, site visits, and technical support.
- Optimize and develop key engineering concepts such as grading, drainage, internal roads, and erosion control for large-scale renewable projects.
- Supervise project implementation, working closely with the Project Team to ensure quality, budget, and timely execution.
- Lead and establish best practices for the Project Engineering Team, improving efficiency and standardization across projects.
- Coordinate with external consultants, including civil engineers, surveyors, and geotechnical specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Support business development efforts by managing cost estimations, budgets, project schedules, and supplier interactions.
- Enhance project execution through cross-functional collaboration, driving continuous improvements in design, procurement, and construction management.

**Requirements**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or similar and you can look back around 3 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, ideally in an international business environment
- You bring project management, grading analysis, foundation design, and Site Survey evaluation expertise.
- You have a proven ability to prioritize and organize work in a results-oriented manner, while thriving in collaborative team environments
- You possess excellent AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office skills
- You have fluent business English language skills, Spanish and Portuguese as an additional language is a plus
