**WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?**
- Experience in the reservations department (individual & groups)
- Experience with Opera Cloud is highly valuable
- Open minded team-player with hands-on mentality
- Strong communicator with excellent (self-) organizational skills
- Fluent in English, good Spanish knowledge & German knowledge is a plus

**WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?**
- Ensure smooth and seamless reservations processes together with the team
- Send booking confirmations, modifications and cancellations for Bikini Hotel Port de Sóller & Bikini Hotel Es Trenc
- Enter manual bookings into Opera Cloud, filling in guest
- and reservation profiles accurately
- Maintaining guest-and reservations data base
- In charge of checking OTA & TA reservations received through the Channel Manager
- Prepare and send payment links according to Rate Code, send follow-ups if payment deadlines are missed
- Stay cool - be organized and mindful about each task: sending the 5th modification, answering repetitive questions, adding Traces, Notes and Alerts
- Be informed about seasonal packages and special promotions and share the information with your team members and management proactively
- Reporting directly to Reservations and Revenue Manager; in their absence to Rooms Operations Manager
