**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As Senior Systems Engineer, you will be working with stakeholders to develop technical user stories for systems that support business processes.
We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts to:
- User story refinement and grooming to actual technical requirements from business value.
- Technical skills to reverse engineer systems capabilities:
- Analyzing stored procedures for production research issues/audits,
- Project documentation
- Developing use cases to explain/ demonstrate specifications to business partners
- Support ad hoc report and/or ad hoc strategic efforts/projects
- Work with internal engineers, external contractors and providers to produce, solutions, and document functional user stories, generating and certifying solutions.
- Also will provide third level of support for mayor incidents handling and managing product support
EXPERIENCE
- +7 years’ experience as a Sr. Systems Engineer or Architect
- Be used to the Agile ways of working
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken
EDUCATION
- University Degree or college (FP) equivalent
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Technical proficiency with VMware technologies in order to deriving business logic to arrive at current state and architecture future state product roadmap.
- Infrastructure as a code, Automation and scripting knowledge will be greatly appreciated
- Developing use cases to explain/ demonstrate specifications to business partners
- Public Cloud technologies knowledge and experience will be a plus
