**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Location: Based in Costa del Sol near our office in Bel-Air (Estepona), as this is an office-based position.
- Languages: Fluent in Polish or German or Swedish to effectively connect and engage with our diverse range of clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, telephone systems, and relevant computer programs.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- English Proficiency: Strong English language skills.
- Love to sell.
- Customer Service: Patient and adept at handling customer rejection, ensuring positive interactions.
- Long-Term Focus: Seeking a stable and long-term job opportunity, and always possible to grow in our company.

- Indefinite contract for a secure and long-term career with us. If you do good then in 1-2 years you can become a 100% commission agent and get higher salary when proved yourself.
- You tour all your clients by yourself.
- You would be in a team, and you only have to focus on sales, no listing, no open houses, no admin. - just selling.
- We will provide so many leads, so we expect you to sell 3 units per month in average.
- Support 24/7 from the sales manger to achieve your sales.
