**Role and responsibilities**
- Work closely with the BIM Specialist and Integrated Teams to achieve the BIM goals and increase workflow efficiency
- Create, update, and maintain BIM content in a shared workspace platform in accordance with LOD requirements and modeling standards
- Contribute to the integration of BIM on both the organizational and project levels
- Ensure all models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and report to the BIM Specialist accordingly
- Stay current with the latest BIM software, plugins, techniques, and methodologies
- Demonstrate excellent time management and a high degree of adaptability

**Qualifications**
- Collegial Diploma or University undergraduate degree in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM Modelling
- Expertise with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD is required
- Experience in BIM 360, Sketchup, and Content Management Systems is an asset
- Experience in Canadian BIM Standards, ISO standards and Autodesk Certification in Revit would be an asset
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent planning and organization skills are required for fast-paced projects
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn

Achievement of professional credentials such as ARIDO, BCIN and LEED will be taken into account in promotion and compensation decisions, and preparatory studies or test costs may be eligible for firm support.
