ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager, Network & Market Performance Management acts as the link between the Supply Chain Regional / Business Category teams and the Global Business Digital organization, providing visibility of information to customers like Markets, Business Units, Manufacturing sites, AMP Hubs, Intercompany operations and PPMs using business intelligence tools like Tableau, UDH, Supply IQ and BOBJ.

This colleague will be responsible to coordinate the customer needs for reporting supports related activities and processes that provides analytical visualizations for Sites, Markets and Center teams.

This position will be accountable for managing medium scale/complexity projects and may provide support for other initiatives within the team.

Responsibilities include working with global plants, markets, supply chain, systems, and other PGS colleagues to provide supply chain business process support, manage projects, and develop user requirement specifications.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate and influence business and functional solution requirements with Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Design, prototype, test and implement global reporting and analytic solution enhancements.
- Work with the Digital organization to industrialize selected solutions or models developed.
- Develop and manage project plans. Lead projects as required, as well as contribute as a team member to project teams.
- Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required.
- Implementing and supporting information systems that improve visibility and facilitate the use of supply chain information throughout Pfizer.
- Support Markets, Sites, Center and Regional Colleagues in supply chain business processes and reporting tools education and training initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Operations management or industrial engineering field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Materials Management, operations management or Commercial Operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Broad understanding of the supply chain environment.
- Must have strong customer service and total data quality orientation.
- Knowledge and experience using either visualization tools (Tableau, Microstrategy, PowerBI, etc.); analytics tools (Matlab, Alteryx, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python or R and desire to increase knowledge of analytical languages
- Knowledge and experience in SAP ECC and/or APO and its associated business processes.
- Proven analytical skills, including technical skills with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Microstrategy, SAP BI) preferred.
- Ability dealing with large data sets and the skills to work with them
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment with limited direction to complete work assignments accurately and on time, including prioritizing multiple requests for competing projects along with day to day customer support.
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organization with strong team work orientation required. Ability to work effectively in an environment of competing priorities and deadlines. Proven experience in providing innovative solutions to unusually complex projects/situations.
- Must have demonstrated consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking/planning, and problem solving skills. Strong leadership skills and communication skills, and presentation, business analysis, PC, and project management skills are required.
- Excellent targeted messaging skills are a requirement.
- Travel requirements (international/domestic) approximately 10%

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Some travel will be expected, estimated 10-15%
- Could travel to global destinations across EMEA / APAC / Americas
- Regular visits to center locations (NYO, Peapack, Collegeville, etc.)
- Ability to communicate across regions, countries, cultures and time zones. Will require periodic, sometimes frequent “off hours” teleconferences.
