What will be your main responsibilities?
- ** Sales Strategy**. In coordination with the Head of Retail, you will define a sales strategy in your area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and exceeding targets, analyzing sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- **Customer Experience.** You will ensure that the customer shopping experience is unique in every store, empowering teams to understand client needs and deliver a premium shopping experience.
- **Team Coordinator**. You will be the leader of the team, holding catch-ups with store teams to stay updated on everything happening at points of sale and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Operations Control**. You’ll act as the link between stores and HQ to organize, manage, and ensure all processes related to stock, transfers, commercial actions, visual merchandising, etc. are carried out correctly.

If you’re charismatic, enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible, you already have what it takes to thrive at HOFF. In addition, for this role we’ll be looking for:

- Previous experience as an **Area Manager in a premium brand** is essential, with strong value placed on experience managing multiple points of sale.
- As our clients are both national and international, you’ll need a **high level of conversational Spanish & English**. Fluency in French/Portuguese/Italian will be highly valued.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with visualization tools such as **Power BI**, especially for KPI analysis, product rotation, and performance by point of sale.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within your area to visit teams and work alongside them.
- A genuine product sensitivity and passion for keeping up with the latest trends is essential.
