**Packaging operations graphics**

**PURPOSE**

Drive and co-ordinate the creation, approval, and finalization of artworks through defined process, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining excellent performance KPI as per defined targets.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Single point of contact for specific sites and the associated markets
- Liaise between cross functional teams, design artwork agencies and production sites in projects assigned for artwork management
- Steer the graphic design process by offering recommendations on technical aspects for final printing for various brands and markets
- Oversee and coordinate the creation of ready to print artwork in compliance with approved Change Control documentation and packaging specifications.
- Effectively ensure print ability and execution of final printed packaging by managing pre-press procedures, including technical review and approval of printing proofs or attendance at initial press runs and /or issuance of color standards for production consistency.
- Align and implement sustainability objectives with respect to artwork management
- Continuously report and monitor on key KPIs for the allocated sites.
- Continuously identify and highlight process improvements and assist in the updating of graphics process specific SOP's and procedures.
- Effectively manage international communication with internal and external business partners.
- Have digital mindset to drive artwork operations through digital implementation: Artwork Management system, PLM System, Analytics, RPA

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelors degree (design, graphic communications or print technologies) or comparable experience.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in artwork management of OTC/Pharmaceutical products, packaging design or print production.
- Must be a team player with project management and organizational skills A positive, proactive and flexible attitude in a fast-paced environment with consistent attention to detail and good judgment.
- Comprehensive understanding of artwork workflow and processes
- Understanding of various artwork / graphic creation methodology
- Understanding of printing technology and processes
- Good interpersonal skills and high degree of customer focus
- Proactive approach, with good planning, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English. German, French or Spanish in addition are an asset
