What you will do in your **day-to-day work **as a SCRUM MASTER:

- **_Responsible for ensuring Scrum/Kanban is understood _**and the team adheres to theory, practice, and guidelines
- Facilitate and support all Scrum/Kanban events
- Work with **_Development Teams at the beginning and after that with the rest of the organisation_**, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making
- Work with Product owners to refine the backlog
- **_Actively contribute to the team's Continuous Improvement process_**:

- Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization

**_You should contribute with:_**
- It's a MUST:_
- Leadership experience as **_Scrum Master or in a similar function._**:

- Experience in stakeholder management
- **_English level_**C1, able to participate in and chair meetings.
- Agile Manifesto supporter
- Agile methodologies mastery
- Soft skills mastery
- Team worker
- It's a plus:_
- Experience in **_Jira and Confluence software_**:

- Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM y and equivalents)
- Experience with software development teams
- Software development knowledge/experience
