The A&D role will manage Tile, Kitchen and Bath, Residential Designer, Façade, and Stone Fabricator Network who should be result driven to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Our A&D will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers, and other purchasing influences in the commercial market industry
- Gather and exhibit presentations showcasing the Neolith Brand and strategy with an understanding of Facades.
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Coordinate lunch and learns for clients to present and show products
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce them to the brand
- Possess a strong track record of territory and sales growth
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**Requisitos**

Bachelor’s Degree Required: Architecture, Building Engineering or similar technical background.
- Outside sales experience in commercial markets almost 6 years
- Excellent communication skills and goal orientation.
- Experience representing high end and luxury brands.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships within the A&D community
- Execute unique sales strategies to win over projects amongst competitors.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM, preferrably Salesforce.
- B2 or upper English and Spanish as mother tongue.
