The Content Studio Coordinator will be a key member of our in-house content creation studio. You will be leading, planning and trafficking art directors and copywriters workload, while allocating jobs & briefs based on capacity, skillset and project timeline, ensuring all jobs are delivered on a timely manner

**Your role will be**:

- Lead, plan and manage art directors and copywriters job allocation based on workload, skillset and project timings
- Maintain a fluid communication with Heads of Art Direction and Content to inform them on new projects and its allocation
- Assist Heads of AD and Content with organisation of daily priorities
- Compile studio schedules and develop road map for projects, updating studio schedules regularly, keeping relevant teams informed about project status
- Monitor art directors, designers, copywriters, video editors, retouchers workloads and holiday
- Conduct weekly content studio status meetings
- Lead search of freelance support for content studio
- Documenting processes and maintaining records & files

**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience acting as a studio coordinator in a creatively-driven environment, managing all sorts of creative and design briefs. It could be from an advertising, content or other in-house studios background
- Ideally has experience with a luxury brand or another brand with similar values
- Experience working across multiple channels & deliverables
- Has strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excels when working in cross-functional teams
- Possesses an intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts and craft
- English speaking is mandatory
