**Job Description**:
1. Respond to European distributors' questions promptly, conduct problem summarization,n and provide regular feedback on the progress of resolution;
2. Handle Zoho customer service system work orders and solve customers' problems.
3.Handle online chat on the European website and promptly reply to customers.
4. Answer the European service hotline (German and English) ,call back for missed calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Continuously improve the mastery of their product knowledge, organize and output product FAQ to provide customers with quality product services;
6. As a communication bridge between customers and the company, filtering user needs and communicating them to technical evaluation for product iteration and optimization;
7. Serve as a European Customer Service Representative, communicating regularly with the HQ Customer Service team, including but not limited to feedback, issue gathering, and product information synchronization.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English and German;
3. excellent verbal and written communication skills;
4. familiarity with automotive construction and powertrain, automotive repair experience a plus;
5. customer service mindset, initiative and responsibility;
