**So, what will you be doing?**:
- Providing the best in class to our players needs lots of work. Acting as first point of contact for players across our Spain cash gaming websites.
- Delivering a frontline service to players that exceeds their expectations. Resolving all queries and questions at first point of contact.
- Communicating effectively and efficiently with players and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of business objectives and targets.
- Managing all tasks in a timely and efficient manner, and following the correct escalation procedures where required.
- Implementing change initiatives and promoting a positive culture within the customer services operation.
- Collaborating with other departments on projects and attend relevant meetings at other locations as required.
- Entertaining and helping our players as Chat Hosts in our community chat
**And what are we looking for?**:
- Have experience in a busy call centre environment. Experience working in the online gambling industry, including slots, bingo and casino is desirable.
- Be computer literate, including fast and accurate typing in Spanish native speaker or equivalents.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Have great fact finding skills to resolve contacts at the first point of contact.
- Possess excellent team player skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Possess the ability to multi task and prioritise workload to meet personal and business targets.
