Accelya is seeking a Regional Field Marketer to support the buildup of the sales pipeline and improve conversion, primarily using inbound marketing and Account-Based Marketing programs. As a Principal - Field Marketing, you will work closely with the regional commercial organization to spearhead Account-Based Marketing Plans for key Airlines, contact management, execution of campaigns and manage a portfolio of Accelya and Industry related events.

**What will you do?**
- Develop Account-Based Marketing plans in partnership with your Region to drive leads, and client engagement.
- Evaluate marketing mix and maximize pipeline and account-based engagement opportunities using a mix of digital, content, PR, Hospitality, social, and events. Also, recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
- Communicate and educate stakeholders to ensure integrated, consistent and powerful alignment in all endeavors.
- Monitor and manage expenditures within a pre-defined budget, following procurement and finance processes as required.
- Monitor field marketing programs regularly to evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness. Keep up to date on Budget status and activity ROI.
- Maintain contact sources to curate an up-to-date contact database both for Customer Engagement and Prospecting.
- Maintain a network of external partners, including journalists, relevant industry associations, and Event organizers.
- Help foster an environment that encourages enthusiasm, proactiveness, teamwork, continuous development, and employee engagement.

**What do you need to know?**

**Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience implementing successful Account-Based Marketing plans
- Proven experience in inbound marketing execution using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
- Experience planning and executing events.
- Track record of building strong engagement and communication channels with Commercial teams
- Relevant Bachelor´s degree or higher

**Skills**:

- Fluent English spoken and written
- Strong abilities in inbound marketing tactics
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Ability to maintain regular reporting, stay on top of a complex Budget, and optimize resources across regions
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features.
