We’re looking for **exceptional Ruby on Rails Frontend Engineers** to join their world-class remote team and help deliver seamless, high-performance experiences to a global audience.
**As a Ruby Frontend Engineer, you will**:
- Build and refine frontend experiences using Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus)
- Translate product specs into fluid, performant UI
- Collaborate with backend engineers and designers for full-stack features
- Focus on speed, interactivity, and user-centric design
- Own frontend code quality, accessibility, and UX polish
- 3+ years as a Rails engineer with a frontend/UI focus
- Hands-on experience with Stimulus, TurboStreams, TurboFrames
- Passion for delightful user experiences and frontend performance
- High attention to detail and design sensitivity
- Fluent English, clear communication, and comfort with NSFW content
