**Where will you work?**:
Our client is an outsourcing multinational in Barcelona.
**What will you do?**:
- During your day-to-day:
- You will ensure the bridge between management and employee relations
- You will manage the recruitment and selection process
- You will support current and future business needs
- You will develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
- You will supervise all HR activities, communications, and reports
- You will handle payroll management and benefits
- You will report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- You will ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
**Who are we looking for?**:
- You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager
- You're used to building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- You have a good knowledge of HR systems, tools and databases
- You have an in-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law, payroll and HR best practices
- You're people-oriented and results-driven
- You have demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- You have good leadership skills, excellent active listening, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills
- You have a degree in Human Resources or a related field
