**Un/a Demand Planner - Sector Retail en Madrid**

**¿Qué buscamos?**

Queremos incorporar **un/a Distribution Planner** para importante compañía del sector retail.

Su misión principal será dimensionar e implementar el inventario dentro de la red de distribución, garantizando los objetivos de ventas y el nível de servicio.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida del producto: planificar y organizar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos y estrategias de productos al final de su vida útil en cooperación con el Dpto. de Sales Merchandising.
- Dimensionar el inventario: revisar y mantener el nível de pedido y stock para cada región de acuerdo con el ciclo de vida y el nível de servicio esperado.
- Realizar el despliegue del inventario: Optimizar el despliegue de inventarios de acuerdo a plan y demanda en coordinación con los comerciantes Centrales y regionales; Controlar la disponibilidad de productos, identificar y reportar los riesgos de faltantes y sobrestocks; Comunicar la disponibilidad de productos a clientes internos y regionales.
- Gestionar envíos: elaborar y coordinar con logística y regiones las necesidades de envío.
- Gestionar el reequilibrio: Identificar oportunidades de rebalanceo de productos en la red de distribución; Organizar e implementar el reequilibrio de inventario entre Regiones.

**Requisitos***:

- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en la cadena de suministro, idealmente en comercio minorista / lujo.
- Imprescindible español e inglés fluido.
- Office Professionnel (Excel, Word, PPT) y Power BI.
- Enfoque en el cliente, agilidad, así como habilidades organizacionales y de comunicación.
- Espíritu analítico, actitud positiva, team player.
