JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards
Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling
Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM
Promote customer relationships
Maintain a clean environment in the Store at the highest standard.
Working within established guidelines
Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices.
He/She must have at least a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales for Premium/Luxury Brands.
