Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Senior/Principal Biostatistician to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Europe with ¼ on-site travel to Madrid. **Key Responsibilities**:
- For this role, you will be accountable for the statistical facets of the protocol, producing randomised schedules, and contributing to the clinical study report when serving as the lead biostatistician.
- Supply assistance across all statistical duties throughout the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR.
- When needed, you will operate as the allocated statistician on various studies or program studies either on an independent basis or serving as the lead statistician.
- Keeps well organised, complete, and updated project documentation, and verification/quality control documents and programs, guaranteeing promptness for inspection.
- You will plan in advance for internal meetings, provide concepts, and exhibit respect for opinions of others.
- Present willingness to work with others and support projects and initiatives when needed to meet the requirements of the business.
- Any other assigned duties.
**Requirements**:
- Educated to a degree level in a biostatistics, maths or similar field.
- Familiarity with clinical trials or similar compilation of experience and education, exhibiting the capability to guide various projects and programs of studies.
- Capable of implementing expertise of statistical design, analysis, regulatory guidelines, and programming practices utilised in clinical research to efficiently discuss statistical ideas.
- Previous involvement in all statistical duties needed to assist clinical trials throughout the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR.
- Acquaintance with regulatory proposals would be ideal.
- Competent in using SAS programming and any other software language.
