**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**-
- **WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
- For this position, we are looking for **graduates in Computer Science, Telecommunications**, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in:

- Management of monitoring tools, particularly the** IOMETRICS APM**tool (Datadope).
- Knowledge of **ITSM tools**(incident, request, change management, etc.).
- Understanding of the IT infrastructure ecosystem (Networking, Storage, Servers, Databases, Web/Application Servers, etc.).
- Accredited certifications are a plus, such as **ITIL, ISO 27001**, etc.
- A high level of English is essential.
