We have a very strong technical team from which you will be able to learn, but are encouraged by new ideas and fresh thinking that you will bring with you. **How you will make an impact** We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product to help formulate & drive the strategy, planning, delivery, marketing and in-life optimisation of the products within our portfolio. The Director of Product is responsible for ensuring that our product is consistent with the company's overall strategies and objectives, evaluating ideas that are innovative & breed success, building those into product planning roadmaps & streamlined development processes. The Director of Product is accountable for bringing a differentiated products to the market that satisfy customer demand and represent a feasible business opportunity. Keeping user experience at heart, you will collaborate with engineering on technical specifications, defining & prioritizing features to ensure that the team have all of the necessary information to launch a product successfully. This key leadership role will remain focused on results, both for customers and the business as a whole. The Director of Product therefore will require an ongoing comprehensive view of progress towards objectives to comprehend how our product is performing & keep the whole team focused & energized on achieving those results. **The skills we would love to see in your suitcase** - 5+ years’ experience working as a Director of Product either within B2B Travel or within a similar technology focused organisation with a customer centric approach - A proven leader with a team & customer first mentality & excellent communication skills - Proven ability to help define and shape product vision and strategy - Highly technical & well versed in methodologies, processes & tools - Strong research & analytic skills and ability to use data to support and drive decisions - Budget management & high level presentation experience - Problem solving & critical thinking skills - Ability to continually learn agile best practices and understand the latest enabling technology **Why choose us as your next destination?** We are super proud of our dedicated team of friendly, energetic & passionate professionals.
