You are a sustainability passionate, skilled in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, adept in ESG trends and the related regulatory landscape. You are knowledgeable with all relevant reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, NFRD, CSRD, ESRS, all acronyms that are familiar to you.

You have a strong understanding of the current ESG landscape and its impact on businesses. With a strong grasp of research practices and expertise in content creation, you can cut through the noise to deliver insightful content that aligns with our market needs and convert theory into practical takeaways.

With sharp commercial awareness, you thrive on analysing companies' ESG practices and market trends to provide actionable insights. Accordingly, you are passionate about exploring diverse topics, presenting data-driven facts, and predicting emerging trends.

You can do independent work as well as be a collaborative member of a team. You are able to identify priorities and organise your workload. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor ESG Trends & Industry Practices: Stay updated on evolving ESG trends, industry best practices, and emerging sustainability shifts to ensure relevant and timely insights
- Generate Business Insights & Recommendations: Produce actionable insights and recommendations related to ESG, supporting the strengthening of our brand and product offerings
- Insights: Produce clear, concise, and well-organised reports, dashboards, or similar documents that extract meaningful conclusions from data and deliver actionable insights. Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and in a usable format for analysis
- Maintain ESG Knowledge Base: Continuously build and maintain a deep understanding of ESG issues and their impact across various industries
- Lead Research Projects: Plan and execute research projects, including defining research methodologies, managing data, conducting analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports
- Refine Research Methodologies: Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement
