**Junior UX Project Manager - Analytics & UX&UI (Openbank)**

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process. In 2017, we kicked off our relaunch plans and have been continuously expanding and growing ever since, especially when it comes to technology. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our customers' experience to the next level. In 2019, we launched in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, recently followed by Argentina, with other countries currently in the pipeline.

**Mission and responsibilities**:
We are looking for a dynamic professional, highly results-oriented, with high planning, analytical and persuasive skills, with a strategic and business vision, organized and flexible.

As a Junior UX Project Manager, the main tasks of you role will be the following:

- Participation in kick off sessions for projects to understand the needs, strategy, expectations and planning.
- Control and organization of the requests made by the different departments for the design team.
- Assignment of tasks to the team.
- Project planning and monitoring of the tasks with design teams.
- Participation in all project management meetings together with the other teams involved.
- Solution of problems and conflicts that may arise in the project.
- Report the status of your projects to your supervisor.

**To be successful in the role you must have**
- Higher education in Marketing, ADE, Advertising, etc.
- Having a course or certificate in project management will be a plus
- Experience as Project Manager, Program Manager or Product Manager.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to present and defend their work to managers and stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
