Global DevOps Engineer

**About the job**

As a Global DevOps Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of Digital & Cloud Solution Delivery. In this position, you will play an important role in the Digital Transformation of RHI Magnesita, supporting our development of technical solutions. You will primarily deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure, using infrastructure as code through DevOps methodologies. By being a part of the Digital & Cloud Solution Delivery department, you will support our main initiatives. You will work in alignment with the rest of our teams and other IT areas, following corporate standards, proposing new ideas, and keeping all activities well-documented.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Receiving and synthesizing data about our customer business and technical requirements and addressing them with technical architecture(s)
- Understanding our customer technical environments and mapping architecture/digital transformation solutions to customer business outcomes
- Supporting our teams in building the DevOps development cycle and deploying/maintaining their infrastructure in Azure with your technical expertise
- Providing guidance and support with technical expertise to the teams for building our cloud infrastructure and developing features for our cloud solutions

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, computer science/engineering, or similar areas of relevance
- Knowledge using modern Web UI technologies - Angular JS, HTML5, React, CSS3 & Angular
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools and platforms like Active Directory, System Center, Power BI, Azure, Office 365, etc.

**Languages**
- English - Advanced

**Work Experience**
- Some years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in architecture, design, configuration, and deployment within the Microsoft Azure platform
