In this position the Job Holder is responsible of maximize customer satisfaction, business results and profitability by assisting in pre sales activities such us: preparation of the specification, architecture definition, configuration, programming, testing, acceptance testing,
start-up support and after sales service of products and solutions.

**Key**
**Responsibilities**
- Participate in creating Functional and Design Specifications in close cooperation with our customers.
- Responsible for delivering implementation/testing and perform the technical work.
- Collaborate to perform system start-up assistance at customer site.
- Maintain technical coordination and a highly responsive service oriented interface to the customer.
- Participate in technical design reviews in collaboration with Solutions Engineering, Sales team and other cross functional Omron teams.
- Provide feedback to the organization of market and industry information gathered during daily activities.
- Provide the necessary information to allow administrative customer and project follow-up
- Proactively propose and execute pre-sales supporting activities to promote Omron products, solutions and services.
- Comply with company’s and customer’s Health and Safety standards
- Comply with Omron local and international Compliance procedures and rules

**Behavioural**
**Skills**
- Degree in Electronic/Electrical or Automation Vocational Training
- Knowledge and experience in process automation, systems, and solutions
- Experience with project engineering
- Good communications skills
- Medium level of English - written and spoken
- Willingness to work at customer site and eventually abroad for a limited period of time
- Driving License for car
