We are a UK-based plumbing and heating company with a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Although the company is registered in the UK, this role will be based in our office in Coín, Andalucía, Spain. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team, helping us continue to grow our business and engage with our clients.

**Role Overview**:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from customer service and administrative duties to managing social media and marketing efforts. You will be required to work closely with clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and a consistent brand presence online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively contacting clients daily to nurture relationships.
- Managing and creating daily social media posts to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and writing blog posts for the company website.
- Scheduling appointments for engineers and managing calendars efficiently.
- Following up all completed jobs with a phone call to request a review.
- Administrative duties, including record-keeping, and database updates.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service, administration, or marketing roles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with being registered as autónomo in Spain.
