We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the social media communication strategy based on the overarching brand strategy. You will work closely with our marketing team, in-house creatives, external production studios, influencers, and the digital marketing team to bring impactful, engaging, and performance-driven content to life.
**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
- Develop a comprehensive social media communication strategy aligned with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to build and maintain the social media publication calendar and media plan.
- Coordinate and oversee the creation of video and static content by working with the internal creative team and external production partners/studios.\
- Lead influencer and blogger collaborations, including sourcing, negotiation, and content integration.
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to ensure that social media content supports both brand awareness and performance campaigns (e.g., paid social, video ads).
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize future activities.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), content formats, and audience behaviors.
- Experience working with influencers, bloggers, and external creative partners.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and how organic and paid strategies work together.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging, on-brand content.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
