Organon are recruiting for a student to their marketing team by May 2025 for 6 months for one year (6 + 6months) for an internship. The role will be at Organon Spain in the Madrid office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involvement in the day-to-day issues of the department: development of strategic plans, client management, project management/business impact activities, budget planning.
- Full-time paid internship for one year (6 months + 6 months).
- Initial training during the first days so that you can get to know the company, our culture, values and way of working.
- Continuous training in marketing and business aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, acquiring new knowledge and consolidating what you have learned.
- Assignment of a tutor throughout your internship who will follow you in your development and to whom you will be able to turn to at all times.
- Evaluations with the aim of improving your performance, reviewing your development and receiving bi-directional feedback.

Learning outcomes**

At the end of your assignment, you will have learned the following:

- Know the functions and activities of the marketing team
- Participated in team projects and activities
- Relationship with other departments and functions

Required Education & Skills
- Graduates in business and/or health areas. Specific studies in marketing and/or channel management will be an asset.
- High knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with creativity and versatility, good interlocution and interpersonal skills, high motivation and learning capacity.
- Place of residence in Madrid.
