En Human Selection estamos buscando a un/a Administrative secretary + customer support con alto nível de inglés, para uno de nuestros clientes ubicados en Barcelona Capital.

En concreto es un despacho de abogados internacional enfocado a clientes extranjeros que empiezan su nueva vida en España.
Se trata de un equipo joven, actualmente con 11 trabajadores, en un mercado en plena expansión. La estructura es bastante horizontal, dotando a cada trabajador autonomía en el desarrollo de sus tareas diarias.

Buscamos a un Perfil profesional que tenga habilidades comunicativas con los clientes y cuente con:
? Experiência en atención al cliente (imprescindible) en algún lugar con alto volumen y movimiento
? Experiência en tareas administrativas, idealmente en la gestión de clientes dentro de la fase inicial del proceso de ventas

Tus funciones en el puesto serán las siguientes:
? Recepción de clientes en el despacho: bienvenida, gestión de salas, etc.
? Gestión de agenda: gestión y programación de citas de clientes con abogados, seguimiento de las mismas, etc.
? Tareas administrativas: fotocopias, escaneos, gestión CRM, etc.
? Optimizar el proceso de atención al cliente y la fase de captación de clientes, haciéndolo más eficiente y buscando fórmulas para dar un mejor trato inicial.
? Diseñar propuestas constantes de mejora en este proceso.

**Requisitos**:
? Al menos 5 años de experiência
? INDISPENSABLE: Inglés avanzado (C1 o Bilingüe) y Español avanzado
? Estudios Mínimos: Grado Superior (Administracion/ADE)

Se ofrece

? Horario: De 9.00h a 14.00h y de 15.00h a 18.00h
? Salario bruto: 2.453,88€ en 12 pagas.
? Tipo de contratación: Indefinida
? Lugar de trabajo: Presencial (Pleno centro de Barcelona)
