Scaled Robotics is looking for an experienced **Product Marketing Manager** as its first marketing hire to join our growing team. In this role, you have the opportunity to own, develop and define the marketing strategy helping Scaled Robotics accelerate its growth.

Working directly with the management team, you’ll be responsible for executing the marketing strategy. Taking the product value proposition and transforming it’s use case into compelling narratives driving new sales leads, brand awareness and product adoption.

You will work closely with the Sales and Product team to understand the product, its use case for different customer profiles and how to adapt it within a challenging market. Ultimately, driving demand and expansion of the Scaled Robotics product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Take ownership **of the company marketing strategy from initial conception through to execution
- **
Develop** effective marketing programs to promote Scaled Robotics solutions including **measuring **the performance against KPI’s
- **
Plan & Execute **marketing campaigns
- **
Research** and identify customer behaviour and trends within the market.
- Work **collaboratively** with Management, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to drive **growth** **& increase** MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads)
- **
Contribute **insights and strategic thinking to all areas of the business
- **
- **
Create **high-quality content for all stakeholders incl. presentations, digital assets, blog posts, thought leadership, videos and more
**Skills and Experience**:

**Essential**
- 3+ years as a Marketing Manager in product marketing, technical marketing, or digital content
Hands-on experience in developing high quality marketing assets including briefs, collaterals, thought leaderships, digital assets
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- Drive and energy to produce positive business outcomes for Scaled Robotics and its customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team of technical, business, marketing and admin personnel
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work within independently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Fluent speaking, listening, and writing English skills
- Organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Must be willing to become an expert in the use of digital processes within construction from Building Information Modelling (BIM) to Laser scanning
- An energetic and enthusiastic personality who takes initiative. We are a young company looking for people that will energise the process and drive us forward, willing to engage with all levels of a customer with a growth mindset
**Nice to Have**
- AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) Industry experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM and Software tools (LinkedIn, Sales Nav, Google Analytics, Monday)
- Experience with a B2B SaaS Product in a relevant role
