We are looking for a brilliant and proficient PPC Intern to join our marketing team in Barcelona (HQ)

The PPC Intern will work hand in hand with the PPC Specialist and other Marketing team members. You will be supporting the strategic planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of multi-channel paid marketing campaigns with an emphasis on Google Ads Search.

If you join us, you'll be expected to learn and improve our processes.

**Your responsibilities**
- Run and optimize paid campaigns to generate good quality leads through search ads, display ads, and video ads.
- Analyze paid performance and get actionable insights.
- Daily monitoring of paid metrics.
- Attention to detail as well as long-term strategic thinking.
- Optimize campaigns by improving creatives and copywriting.
- Optimize traffic quality through keyword research and search terms analysis.
- Participate in landing pages optimization.
- Improve the paid performance by implementing remarketing strategies.
- Improve segment audiences and campaign targeting to increase conversion rates.
- Work collaboratively with other teammates and your manager to ensure paid channel meets company goals.

**Qualifications**
- English fluency is a must. Spanish is a plus.
- Basic knowledge about Google Ads or Microsoft Ads.
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
- Ability to analyze performance and extract actionable insights.
- Critical and proactive thinking to improve constantly.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with your teammates.
- Experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Google Ads Certificates are a plus (Google Fundamentals, Measurement or Search, etc).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other Marketing Automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and eagerness to learn about new technologies, advancements in development tools and techniques.
