Mission
Rattaché(e) au Commercial de l’entreprise, vous aurez la responsabilité administrative d’un portefeuille clients. Vous serez en charge de toutes les demandes clients, en enregistrant les offres, les projets et les commandes dans les délais impartis.
De manière générale, vous participez au développement d’Argeville et du Centre International à Barcelone.
DESCRIPTION DES ACTIVITÉS
Mise à jour des bases de données clients
Suivi de la situation financière des clients
Enregistrement et suivi des projets R&D, des offres d’échantillons et des devis
Saisie et suivi des commandes clients
Gestion et suivi des paiements clients
Assistance au commercial dans la préparation et le suivi des visites et de l’accueil client (collecte d’échantillons et de cadeaux, réservation d’hôtel, restaurant, salle de réunion, etc.)
COMPÉTENCES
Diplôme en commerce
Expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le domaine de la parfumerie dans un poste similaire
Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les fournisseurs
Solide connaissance du fonctionnement du commerce international (Incoterms, risques pays, outils de paiement)
Maîtrise du pack Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Lotus Notes, SAGE X3
Niveau courant en espagnol est requis
Niveau courant en anglais OU/ET français est requis
Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et autonomie
Bonnes capacités d’organisation et d’écoute
