**American/English speaking Customer Services/Appointment Setters position available (night hours)**

Are you an American or have experience dealing with American-based clients? located on the Costa del Sol and looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for Customer Services agents/Appointment Setters working night hours to service our American clients.

This is an office-based position (not working from home) working for a leading claims firm situated in our new prestigious Riviera/Mijas Costa office.

You will be working with our team assisting existing and prospective clients from the United States.

You must be available to work US office Hours (9pm to 3am Spain time) Monday to Thursday.

**Required skillset**:

- Experience communicating with American clients an advantage.
- Excellent command of written US English
- Speak Spanish well (be able to translate if necessary) - not essential
- A knowledge of the timeshare industry an advantage
- Must have a desire to learn and grow within the role
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and also by video call
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with colleagues and clients (who may be elderly and/or anxious)
- Knowledge of word and Excel and computer literate
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
- Well organised and efficient

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 29649 Mijas, Málaga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
