Supply Chain Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Temporary Lead and manage Demand & Supply (as part of the onboarding)
- Temporary Coordination of planning activities with other Küber Iberic departments, specially Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Quality Control. (as part of the onboarding)
- Inventory Management - Monitoring, control and definition of replenishment methodologies according to ABC and Service Class category of each material
- Foster & drive continuous improvement towards excellence on inventory management and planning processes
- Full compliance of Freundenberg & Klüber Safety and Environmental Protection Standards, as local regulations
- Lead and support actively local and international Lean-OPEX (Operational Excellence) projects and initiativesinternational
- Recruitment, training and development of new staff
- Coordination with global functions for Planning topics: product relocations, customer forecasts, phase-in/phase out of products, FMEA’s, standards, etc.
- Benchmark and sharing of best practices within EPN and Global Network
- Coordination, regular communication, support and empowerment of Supply Chain team

**Qualifications**:

- Leadership and proactivity skills
- Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and/or Forecasting required
- Languages: Spanish mandatory, English advanced level, German welcome
- Experience in leading teams
- SAP Key User (SD, MM, PP) required
- Excel / Power BI user
- Open to travel (10%)
- APICS\CPIM certifications or equivalent preferred
- Lean-Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Education desired
- Knowledge of Inventory Optimization / Forecasting tools
- Project Leader of Technical / Strategic projects within Supply
