- Then, come on over and join us: We’re looking for you- We're looking for an Engineer with core SBC experience (Audiocodes, Oracle), good knowledge on voice protocols (SIPs & SIP-based services) and knowledge of the UC domain to install, configure, manage and maintain equipment.- 2-5 years’ experience with design, engineering, implementation a troubleshooting.

**The Job**:

- Develop, plan and evolve the growth of the current voice infrastructure to support new challenges and projects.
- Actively participate in VoIP projects and integrations with Cloud Contact infrastructures.
- Work in a technological environment of Voice IP: SBC (AUDIOCODES, Oracle), Cisco switchboards and IP telephony in general

**You**:

- Proven some experiences in multichannel integrations & bots to different channels (Chat, Chatbot, Whatsapp).
- Network Engineer, Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Switching, Routing, VPN networks. SIP protocol.
- Good level of English
