And don't worry—starting on Day One, we'll arm you with top-notch training in sales strategy, customer relationship building, and the magic of the Groupon sales process. **Location**: Valencia, Hybrid **What you'll do**: Re-engage former merchants with cold calls to close, retain, and grow deals. Optimize campaigns to drive revenue and keep businesses thriving. Build strong relationships by understanding each merchant's unique business. ️ Problem-solve questions and ensure campaigns run smoothly. Hit and exceed sales targets while making merchants smile **We're excited about you if you have**: Fluent/native **Dutch skills (spoken and written).** Fluent in English Success in a sales environment (cold-calling and upselling? Bonus points). Experience supporting merchants or customers. Problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask like a pro. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with patience and integrity. - Adaptability—you think fast and tackle challenges head-on. Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
