**About the role**

Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.

This is a pivotal new role within our Marketing team. The Demand Gen (ABM & Campaign Ops) Marketing Manager will be a doer and strategist - from day 1, you’ll build and ship our first ABM campaigns, while guiding the development and execution of our new marketing automation strategy. You will create targeted content, set up and execute campaigns, and measure the demand generation strategy for Revolut Business to drive new customer acquisition, customer expansion opportunities, and pipeline generation.

**What you'll be doing**
- Creating 1:few and 1:many ABM campaigns and own account selection, personalised content creation, and managing our ABM platform
- Guiding our MAP + CRM roadmap and infrastructure discussions, improving automation, data flows, and tooling
- Setting up, maintaining, and optimising lead scoring models to identify high-potential leads and activate sales touchpoints aligned with business growth objectives
- Performing technical audits and work with product/data teams to validate and evolve user taxonomy, tracking plans, and event schemas
- Continuously optimising processes based on data—own A/B tests on messaging, channel mix, and cadence
- Collaborating with RevOps to align marketing efforts with sales processes and revenue goals
- Working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Growth, Marketing Ops, Data and Analytics to embed automation into strategic initiatives

**What you'll need**
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building marketing lead/demand generation campaigns, leveraging specifically ABM, organic growth tactics, and marketing automation for mobile apps or digital products, preferably as early hire building from the ground up
- Proven experience using ABM platforms and executing 1:few and 1:many ABM campaigns to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth
- A strong understanding of CRM and MAP tech stack & data infrastructure - you know what’s possible and how to scale it. You’re able to give strategic direction to tech leads
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of driving change and ability to manage collaboration, communication, and delivery across distributed teams
- Grit. To thrive at Revolut, you have to be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with different GTM approaches
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, Product, PM & Creative
