We are currently looking for a proactive, passionate, and yet very responsible and rigorous person who wants to develop him/herself in this challenging environment as **Cybersecurity Manager**.
The position will report to the Cybersecurity Director. The workplace is **Barcelona headquarters**.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the management and selection of the resources required to implement the Security Master Plan and conduct monitoring, compliance and recovery activities.
- Lead 24x7 Security Operations Center, foster innovation, and drive accountability within SOC engineering.
- Report to the CISO (Cybersecurity Director) who is reporting at same time to the Chief Experience Officer.
- Manage Cybersecurity Office external staffing, including supervision, scheduling, development, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and improve continuously a corporate cybersecurity awareness culture including employees from all areas, both HQ and crews.
- Support to the Vulnerability management activities with it associated action plan. Implement, review, and manage processes to ensure remediation activities (patching for instance).
- Lead, support and manage the security Incident Response teams with their investigation’s activities. Report to Cybersecurity Director for daily incident updates during ongoing ones.
- Provide first line of supervision, mentoring and leadership to team members. Monitor and assess the performance of them.
- Quality and technical revision of the projects and programs deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise to research, evaluate, recommend, and plan implementation.
- Keep current with the latest vendor updates, expansion opportunities, and technology directions, especially the ones utilized to protect the air transport industry.
- Establish good working relationship with Cybersecurity team and other teams such as IT and other departments and business stakeholders.
- Responsible for technology vendor management activities, service providers and partners.
- Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the Next Generation infrastructure and systems security protections.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated 7-year track record of operating a successful security function.
- Experience working in a cloud architecture environment, specially and most important in AWS and Azure.
- Comfort with driving the implementation of security projects (both, strategy/compliance and secure).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks, threats, patterns, and trends.
- Supplier selection and management in procuring solutions and contracting security services.
- Professional security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM or CISA, among others.
