En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Technical Senior Consultant basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.

Funciones:

- Coordinación de equipos.
- Realizar labores de interlocución con la Propiedad.
- Técnico ECOP en centros comerciales.
- Asesoramiento técnico al cliente y su equipo.
- Supervisión y control de las obras privativas (locales).
- Revisión de los proyectos, fachadas y acabados de los locales.
- Seguimiento de las tramitaciones de las licencias y contrataciones de suministros de los locales.
- Control de la ejecución de las obras privativas (locales).
- Titulación: Arquitecto técnico, ingeniero edificación o similar.
- Formación específica: Manejo avanzado de AutoCAD y programas de diseño.
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado.
- Valorable experiência en obras tipo retail.
