**Qué esperamos**:
As a member of the central Transformation Office Team, you will report directly to the Group Chief Transformation Officer. Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving TKE’s cross-business transformation program
- Identifying, quantifying, and assessing risk for improvement initiatives to optimize TKE’s organizational and operational structures
- Analyzing root causes, scoping, structuring, and initiating transformation work streams
- Working closely with the Finance department to plan and track transformation costs
- Developing an integrated program level plan and managing interdependencies and potential conflicts with work stream teams
- Implementing a consistent Transformation Office governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress status
- Coaching and supporting transformation teams in our business units and challenging delivery ambition

**A quién buscamos**:

- A university degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation project delivery/leadership in operations/industrial services
- Experience with transformation and digitalization strategy, ideally within the elevator, building or infrastructure industry
- Strong project management skills in an international setting, working across multiple countries
- Solid knowledge of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow) and financial management of projects, budgeting, actuals tracking, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured data
- A track record of delivering in a complex and challenging multi-work stream environment
- The ability to influence and manage relationships at a senior leadership level through effective senior stakeholder management
- A team player mentality, resilience, strong commitment, and a proactive attitude
- Professional knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint and structuring presentations for executive meetings and communication
