This role requires a strong background in **Agile methodologies**(Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban), Product Ownership certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent), and experience working across multidisciplinary teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy & Development**:

- Define and communicate the **product vision** and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Translate high-level business objectives into clear **product requirements and user stories**.
- Collaborate with **Operations, design, marketing, engineering, and sales teams** to develop engaging toy products that appeal to consumers.
- Integrate a Software tracking system to follow the task and priorities
- Ensure seamless communication and workflow across all teams to **maintain consistency in product vision**.
- Work closely with **operations and supply chain teams** to ensure product feasibility and timely delivery.

**Agile & Scrum Team Leadership**:

- Work within **multiple squads**, ensuring proper backlog management and prioritization.
- Define and **prioritize product features**, balancing customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Act as the **primary liaison between stakeholders** (marketing, design, operations, customer insights) and development teams.
- Lead **Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Refinement sessions** to ensure smooth product development.
- Manage dependencies across squads and resolve blockers for smooth execution.

**Education & Experience**:

- ** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** as a Product Owner, ideally in the toy industry or consumer goods.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments**, preferably across multiple squads.
- **Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)** or **Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)** or similar.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (optional, but a plus).
- Background in **product design, engineering, or toy regulations**.
- Experience in design teams.

**Technical & Soft Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks**.
- Experience with **JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Miro, or similar backlog management tools**.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance **business needs, customer insights, and technical feasibility**.
