**Qualification & Validation Engineer**
Mataró
As a Qualification and Validation Engineer, within the engineering department and reporting to the engineering manager, you will be the responsible to ensure our processes and products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will develop and execute qualification and validation protocols for equipment, processes, and systems. You will be also the responsible to analyze the data and propose the necessary improvements of the processes to increase our quality standards to meet our customer expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute qualification and validation protocols for equipment and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on validation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of validation activities.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with coating and converting processes is highly valued but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is equally important.
- Familiarity with the medical device industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Experience with validation software and tools is beneficial but not required.
- Project management skills or a keen interest in developing them are appreciated.
- A proactive mindset and passion for driving quality and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
