We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team and manage Salesforce architecture.
- Solution Architect responsibilities include designing, modifying and testing Salesforce
- architecture as well as being responsible for the integrations architecture that solve specific
- business needs within an organization.
- This position will be in charge of coordinating for supporting, maintaining, and carrying forward
- projects related to the CRM (Salesforce) and their integration with other internal and external
- systems of the company such as ERP, Client portals, document repositories, etc.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture.
- Provide supervision and guidance to internal and external teams
- Research for new Salesforce technologies and propose changes where needed
- Building and integrating CRM functionalities to meet the company’s needs
- Assessing the CRM architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
- Resolving technical problems as they arise
- Supervising of tickets support and following project
- Coordination of priorities and following them.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
- Advanced English skills, both oral and written
- In-depth understanding of coding languages
- More than 3 years with Salesforce and coordination teams
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Good sales process knowledge
