Job Description - Digital Apps Product Owner
CIGNA Spain Employer Health (CIGNA Spain) has significantly increased the number of members, providers and third party partners in general during the last years. In this period CIGNA Spain has also introduced new tools to manage that growth and provide tools to those different actors:
Customer Portal, self-service, digital channel for our members where they can access policy details, documents and initiate service requests (reimbursements, pre-authorizations, etc)
Client & Broker Portal, digital channel for our corporate policy holders and brokers to operate with their policies: manage census, access documents
Medical Provider Search, digital channel which allows CIGNA members and public in general to obtain information about our network of hospitals and clinics
The Change Management team within the Operations Department is looking for a Digital Apps Product Owner to manage the evolution of these platforms and to support other business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Company

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Gather inputs, insights and needs from all areas in CIGNA Spain (Customer Service, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Enrolment & Fulfillment, Sales team, Care Delivery, etc) to translate them into product requirements to be added to the backlog
Refine, challenge, discuss and set priorities within the product backlog based on changing requirements, business objectives and yearly project plan
Act as the voice of the customer/business in from of IT teams and work with them to develop and test new features monitoring product progress at each stage of the process
Work with the Marketing team to define look & feel, texts, and all aspects related with usability and customer experience for every asset
Follow up competitors in the industry and keep up with standards, tendencies and best practices in the market identifying potential new features to be developed by CIGNA

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Experience in working with Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories, participation in agile ceremonies, involvement in Program Increment Planning
Analytical, problem solving, business process management skills and with IT background specially referring to web platforms
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and business audiences (Spanish and English, at least B2 level)
Experience working with various areas simultaneously and cross functional teams
Diplomatic with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, adept at adjusting to changing circumstances quickly and professionally

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Technical degree preferred but not essential (engineering, computer, science, math, physics)
At least 3 years of experience with Product Owner, Project Management and / or Business Analysis (Agile / SAFe Product Owner / Product Management certification valued)
At least 3 years of experience around B2B and B2B2C web based solutions and platforms
Proactive and resilient, ideally with experience in the healthcare insurance industry
